General terms and conditions for the reservation of rooms

I. Guest Accommodation Contract The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed or, if a confirmation was not possible due to time constraints, made available. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract was concluded. This contract can not be solved unilaterally.

II. Provision Reserved rooms are available to the guest from 15:00. Unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed upon, the hotelier reserves the right to assign rooms ordered after 6:00 pm to other guests.

III. Cancellation conditions – Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: full cancellation possible – 59 to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the agreed price – 29 to 10 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed price – less than 10 days before arrival: 90% of the agreed price

– in case of non-notification of non-arrival: 100 % of the agreed travel price

The hotel is obliged in good faith to reallocate unused rooms if possible in order to avoid cancellations. For group bookings (6 persons or more), the organizer is obliged to provide the hotel with a list of participants at least 5 days prior to arrival.

IV. Departure The guest is requested to notify the reception of his departure no later than 10:00 am. Departure should be by 11:00, otherwise an arrangement must be made with reception.

V. Deposits If advance payments requested by the hotel are not made on the requested date (if no date is specified no later than 30 days prior to arrival), this shall immediately release the hotelier from any agreements made.

VI. Liabilities from offers 1. The prices quoted are inclusive of service charge and value added tax (VAT). 2. If the period between the conclusion of the contract and the service exceeds 180 days, the hotel reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. 3. Changes in the statutory VAT. are at the expense of the organizer.

VII. Payment Guest invoices are payable immediately cash net cash. All guest accounts become payable weekly.

VIII. Invoicing Invoices sent on the basis of previous credit agreements are payable within 7 days net. Any outstanding amounts exceeding the payment deadline will be subject to a monthly default interest of 6% (per month or part thereof) after a reminder has been sent.

IX. Wake-up orders The hotel will endeavor to carry out wake-up orders with the utmost care. However, claims for damages from omission are excluded.

X. Lost property Items left lying around will only be forwarded on request. The hotel commits to a retention period of 6 months. After this time, if there is an apparent value, the items will be turned over to the local lost and found office.

XI. Other Place of performance and jurisdiction is the local seat of the hotel.
